You authorize Alta Cleaning to securely store your payment method and charge your card after your 1st service is completed. All services moving forward will be automatically billed to the Card on File when were scheduling you for each season. No payment is collected today. Pricing is based on the information provided at time of sale and may be adjusted for additional windows, add-ons, or unforeseen conditions. Any adjustments will be communicated before charging.
Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Missed appointments or lack of access may result in rescheduling or a service fee.
Service dates may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions. The Alta Cleaning Club may be canceled at any time with written notice. if canceled before the 3rd service, We ask that you payback the $100 we Discounted on your 1st Service. Completed services are non-refundable. Skipping a Alta Cleaning Club Service will still incur a Charge and can be used as Credit for additional cleanings and Add-Ons. This policy only applies to Alta Cleaning Club Member signups and cleanings. If you are scheduling a one-time cleaning, this does not apply.
